Ordering online is a simple 3-step process:
Step 1: Add to your shopping cart.
Select your desired products by adding them to your shopping cart. As you browse through our online catalog, simply click on the icon displayed next to the product image.
Step 2: View Contents in your shopping cart.
If at any point you want to view the items you’ve selected in Step 1, or if you have finished shopping, click on the Shopping Cart icon located at the top of the page. Now you can view all the items placed in the Shopping Cart and change or remove items from the cart.
Step 3: Check Out.
Once you have finished shopping, you will be directed to the Checkout page. You will need to enter your shipping and credit card information. Also please review the order information. There will be a nominal shipping & handling charge appearing for each item ordered. If everything is correct, simply click on the “Send Order” icon. You will receive an email confirming your order. Please note that charges on your credit card will appear on your statement under the name "Smart Kids Publishing."
Payment Method
We do not accept personal or business checks for payment. We only accept the following credit cards for payment: VISA®, MasterCard®, American Express, and Discover. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. We also accept payment by PayPal Secure Card. We do not accept the PayPal method that sends payment by email.
Return Policy
We stand behind every product you order from us. If you’re not absolutely pleased with a product you received from our online catalog, we’ll be happy to replace, make an exchange or credit your credit card. Simply return the product within 60 days of receipt and we will replace or credit your account. All we ask is you return the products in a like-new condition and follow these procedures: (1.) Within 60 days, any item in the original shipped condition (i.e. unused and undamaged) maybe returned for a full refund of the product cost. You will find instructions for returning or exchanging products on your packing slip. (2.) You may return your package via the carrier of your choice. For your protection we encourage you to use a shipping service that provides delivery confirmation, and that you insure the package for the value of the items enclosed. (3.) We cannot accept returns of items that do not have their original packing slip. (4.) No credit can be issued until we have inspected the returned item and it is found in new and unused condition. (5.) Any credit or refund is applied to the original credit card used for payment. (6.) If a returned product is used and/or damaged, no refund or credit will be given. (7.) No credit or refund is due for items beyond the allowed return period of 60 days.
Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once the checkout process has been completed, an order issued and the order fulfillment process begins. However, orders that cannot be canceled may qualify under our "Return & Exchange Policy."
If a customer requests an order cancellation after the shipping process begins or refuses delivery of a shipped package, the shipping & handling fees are non-refundable and shall be deducted from any credit issued. The customer will be charged for both outbound and return-shipping charges associated with that order.
Because of this policy, we encourage our customers to carefully review their orders before completing checkout so that there is no need to request cancellation or refuse delivery.
Shipping & Handling
For any products ordered from our online catalog, there is a postage and order processing charge. Most of our products are shipped within 3 business days but some orders may take up to 10 days for delivery within the U.S. All shipments are sent through the post office or UPS. There are no shipping upgrades available at this time.
After filling in the on-line order form, your shipping and processing charges will be totaled and automatically filled in on the order form. This is the amount that will be charged to your credit card.
